All products sold through our online store are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party production and shipping partners. Because many items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at fergunized@gmail.com Please include your order number and photos showing the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds and replacements are only available for:
• Damaged items received during shipping
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items received
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Normal wear and tear
• Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
